Have you heard those sayings about living life to the fullest?

Like, Dance like no one's watching, and

Love like you've never been hurt?

We are here to have fun, to PLAY with one another,.... life isn't here "to get us".... we are here to get IT!!!!

Nothing will go wrong!!

Creator does not save us from drowning to kills us on the beach....

Be all you can be. Be a non-smoking Army of One. For awhile, be a complete ass, a belligerent jerk, a Brain-Fogged idiot. But be a non-smoker fercryinoutloud. Look, it ain't all that hard. Yeah, I had some tough times, and maybe you're going through a tough time, too. Suck it up, instead of sucking up a bunch of cancer-causing chemicals. Stick it out, instead of sticking a smoke in your mouth. Because what you're going through isn't really all that tough when you think about it. You want tough? Let me tell you tough:

Tough is dying from cancer. Tough is knowing that if you don't make the doctors pull the plugs, you're going to be a drooling, unconscious, clueless piece of meat until the life support machines can't keep you alive - knowing that, as you lie there in bed, a veritable vegetable, your family will be tearing itself apart from the grief, the misery, the pain of watching you die in the most undignified manner the medical profession can heap upon you.

If you do smoke, the cravings will keep coming back for the rest of your life. If you don't smoke, they will eventually go away for good.

There’s no ‘magic pill’ or anything that will make you quit smoking. YOU have to do that . YOU have to want it more than almost anything. ATTITUDE is everything in this struggle.

6 hours, 35 minutes and 34 seconds. 8 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1.51. Life saved: 40 minutes.

There are only two good reasons to take a puff once you quit. You decide you want to go back to your old level of consumption until smoking kills you, or, you decide you really enjoy withdrawal and you want to make it last forever. As long as neither of these options appeal to you - NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF

You don't want to go back to smoking 30 cigarettes a day, quit being stupid.

You don't enjoy withdrawal, quit being stupid.

JUNKIE THINKING: "I miss smoking right now."

RESPONSE: "Of course I miss something I've been doing every day for most of my life. But do I miss the chest pain right now? Do I miss the worry, the embarrassment? I'd rather be an ex-smoker with an occasional desire to smoke, than a smoker with a constant desire to stop doing it."

I had two puffs today from a butt I found in the ashtray. Immediately my blood pressure went to 0/1. It freaked me out. I was shaking so bad I had to lay down for a while, I was afraid of having a seizure. Interesting thing this human body. I guess they tell you Not One Puff Ever for a reason...

Three days, 4 hours, 54 minutes and 32 seconds. 96 cigarettes not smoked, saving $17.62. Life saved: 8 hours, 0 minutes.

I could say that today and for the first time I feel a little proud of myself. They call it Hell Week for a reason I suppose...next week better be easier or I'd want my money back!
